I applied online at 4pm and they literally called me back a hour later asking me to come i for a interview with a manager. During the interview there were allot of "what would you do" situational type of questions. I managed to do good on the first and got to skip the second. But it took them a week and a half later to let me know i got a 3rd interview but went and interviewed with another manager and he offered me a job on the spot and know im waiting for the drug test and background to go through and I start the LONG 20 hour training.

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
