manager already had someone he was hiring in mind. It was unfortunate, but they offered me a CA position because they wanted me to be part of their team. they were already promoting a part time worker to a full time role.

I applied online. I got a call about a week later to go in for an interview. The interview went great. They didn't ask me any technical questions. They said they would make their decision to hire me or not a couple days later. They never called or emailed me. It took me calling them 2 times for them to send me an email saying they turned me down. I have an associates degree in IT and I am a 8 year military veteran. I have no idea what standards they use to hire people but they clearly have zero to do with qualifications or leadership skills.

Applied on website heard back within a few days. Had a scheduled interview. Arrived early and sat in the employee only area waiting for interview. Wore a button up shirt and a pair of dark grey pants. Then was in contact with the Back Office lead for employee number and start date.
