they did phone interview first, then in person, both were to check cognitive and ambitious characteristic with minor knowledge base. the question were based on the department you applied for such for CS it was about ocmputer,laptop and moniter, for tv if i knew about differnce in refresh rates, brnads, etc. the questiosn were gneeric to the department but allowed for open dicussion and they explained whatver you didnt know u would be trained.

Interviews were always fair for the most part, even with full-time positions they were more than fair and cared most about what was right for the employee, not just trying to fit the sales billing

A quick phone screen was done for about 15-30 mins. If you pass, you'll get selected for an interview with the department supervisor. And the 2nd interview is with the store GM.
