Recruiter Interaction: I received an email from the recruiter, who scheduled a 30-minute phone call to discuss my job application. During the call, the recruiter provided insights into the role and other details about the job also inquiring about my work experience and the technologies I've worked with. Discussion with Hiring Manager: Following the recruiter call, I had a 45-minute Teams meeting with the hiring manager. This session mainly focused on semi-technical questions and delved into my past experiences and concentrated more on the complexities i faced in past experiences. Next Round was 45mins Teams Call with Principal Front End Engineer - Talking about past experience and small coding challenge. Then when asked about next steps i was informed there will be 4 onsite rounds with 2 coding challenge round and 1 system design and 1 behavorial round. But, after 2weeks i received an update that they have decided to not to forward in the interview process. My experience throughout the interview process was Neutral.
