It was a 6 step interview from head hunter to the latin-america director, passing HR and the managing director. Interview included 2 different presentations for a 6 months plan for the position, presenting to a panel of managers from different ares within the company. the process was lengthy, it was about 6 months from the 1st call with the Head hunter to the final offer
