Entretien
There was no interview for contract work. I was contacted by a temp agency and they asked me a couple general questions over the phone about my prior work experience and why I wanted to work at Baxter.

There was not any particular difficult question, there was more a sense of rush and not enough people to do the work that was needed.
Sat with two quality managers, Casual conversation asking about background and experiences. Both were invested and gave good feedback. They were both interested in the questions I asked them and responded thoughtfully.

Entretien
I had a telephone interview first with recruiter then another telephone interview with managers. This was followed by a face to face interview with managers on site. It was very relaxed and i was made to feel comfortable.

Entretien
Walk through interview. Interviewed by 4 members of the quality team. Very easy interview, they didn't ask many questions, they were more concerned with my writing an computer skills. While on tour the hiring manager briefed me on the company's history and work environment. The interview was more informative
