Interview was online due to the location difference. Lasted for 35 mins, asked question after question on duties of a BA.
It was a group panel interview.
Each person introduced themselves. I did my introduction and explained my expertise.
Lots of questions were asked regarding a BA and its roles and responsibilities. As well as expertise on Team center as this was the tool that was being used.

I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. I applied for a Business Analyst position in Munich, the job posting was in English, it had no mention of German language whatsoever and in my CV I have "German - elementary". The interview lasted 5 minutes in which I was told German was essential for the position, since some of the stakeholders do not speak English so the person is expected to read, write emails and have professional conversations in German. I was too shocked to ask - in what world does level 'Elementary' equal that? :) So a waste of both our time, she was also 30 minutes late for the call, overall - very unprofessional experience.
