Entretien
I actually attended a job fair which went as smoothly as possible. Everyone I met was super friendly and straight forward. Never felt like I was being asked sneaky questions or trying to be eliminated, it was honestly one of the best interview experiences I ever had.

Question 1
They were all thoughtful genuine questions that were more so open-ended. It's really up to you to drive the conversation and put forward your best. You just have to be equally genuine and honest. My job history looks really bad on paper, but I never felt for a second that I was being judged negatively by anyone there.

Fast and clear process. Everything was well coordinated and a good package was offered. All in all a good experience, especially when you compare it to other corporates and their long and dreadful processes.

Interview for Account Manager in Advanced Surgery
Very good process all things considered. Felt the content and level of the interview was spot on. Always prompt on responses, excellent in terms of supporting in the prep ahead of the stages.
Particular shout out to Lisa Rogerson, as an internal recruiter she is one of the best I have ever worked with, and certainly would recommend working with her and Baxter.
