My initial interview was a group interview with basic situational question asked to each person, giving an opportunity to discuss your background and relevant experience or skills. Essentially providing them with reasons as to why you’d be a good fit.

Give me an example of a time where you had to think outside of the box and resolve a difficult situation.
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.

Virtual interview with competency based questions. Specific examples needed to link to competency questions. Role play undertaken. Interview process Lasted around one hour. Interviewers friendly and put you at ease.

Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.
-Introduction presentation.
-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
