They asked about how important customer service was. When have I encountered a problem/conflict within a team setting?
Very good process, clear communication of the job role and culture across the organisation. Interested in college and was not dismissive with my lack of experience. Feedback was also provided on the interview and they were clear with the timeline involved.

there were Two stages to this interview with one being with the one recruiter and one with team itself both lasting around 30 mins. The team one involved a manager and a senior member.
