I was interviewed by a lady called Beth Mepham who was pleasant enough and smiley but got to say the it was one of strangest interviews I have ever had. It was more like speed dating where the traditional interview questions and answers where condensed into 30 minutes. Just felt like I was part of an assembly line with the next candidate lined up and ready to go. It was all a bit rushed for a supposedly 45k pa position to the point I’m sceptical there was even a job in the first place but more a survey so they could gather information on their competitors.
