Do not recommend applying to Aviva, in my final year I applied to over 30 grad schemes and Aviva was the worst recruitment I've experienced. I was put through to the final assessment centre in April and completed it to a very high standard. I was told i'll have a response within a month, 3 months later i still had no response. I chased this up multiple times and each time I was told 'give us another 2 weeks' until eventually i stopped chasing them up. To make matters worse Aviva also didn't bother providing a feedback report. Fortunately I had much better offers elsewhere but overall I've never experienced such a horrible recruitment experience as Aviva. The recruitment contacts were also not approachable in the slightest.
