applied internally for the position while working as Customer Service Advisor, applied online, received email asking to attend interview a few weeks later, interview was conducted onsite at Aviva Perth office, in a small meeting room off to the side, one interviewer, one other person taking notes, asked a bit about myself then asked 4 questions

Management was very nice. Asked standard questions and took the time to really get to know me. Went through a few interviews which lasted about 30-60 minutes long. Any questions I asked were answered and not just shrugged off.
