The interview process was very quick and pretty straightforward and smooth. They provided the materials needed in order to prepare which was really nice! Even though I didn't end up getting an offer, the recruiter took the time to give me a call and provide feedback. They mostly care about if you align with their values, so make sure to be an expert on those and align your experiences with that. Also, make sure you know well about the role you are applying for.
