Had an initial interview with one of the recruiters. It was your normal introductory call with a few questions on my experience and my practical ability. Recruiter said he would pass resume over to hiring manager. Also said to follow up if I don't here back after 3 days. I followed up 3 times with no response. This is what everyone is tired of - Recruiters/Employers ghosting candidates without any type of follow up. Its annoying, frustrating and unprofessional.
