Atlassian needs to be called out for never even sending rejections to applications. I have applied, sometimes with referrals, at least 5 times. And in each of those cases a rejection email was never sent. They make you create an account with your email to look at your applications. And the dashboard with all of my applications continue to say open or reviewing and some of them are 6 months old. Pretty disappointing for a $3B company that sells project management software.
