The interview process was very quick. The recruiter took my availability for the values interview and didn't schedule it. After completing the last interview with this role's team, the recruiter didn't mention the values interview or timeline for a couple of weeks. The recruiter has since ghosted me for over 6 weeks even though I've seen the role reposted on LinkedIn in between, and ANOTHER recruiter messaged me about the same exact role and said they'd check on my application when I told them I already interviewed. This was completely unprofessional as I followed up multiple times, and some communication should have been made either to say they're moving forward with other candidates or that they're still in the process of making a decision.
