J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Austin, TX)
Entretien
I did not get past the first round as the emphasis on tech was great. There was little room for growing into the industry. Seems like a great place to work with great pay/benefits. Was not asked for second round interview. Seems like they only hire from the outside.

Recruiting experience was by far one of my worst. I was referred by a leader and even then recruiters didn’t seem to care. Unresponsive across the board and disorganized. I also had one who was dishonest about the pay. I had to dig up a printout of the role as proof. 3-4 interviews. 1. Hiring manager. 2. Presentation. 3. HR People interview. Interview itself was average. Presentation a waste of time when you already have industry experience.

It can often take time to get quotes internally. Are you comfortable providing them yourself with a calculator?
