Inaccurate description of processes. I was expecting after the recruiter screening, 3 rounds - HR manager, peer interview, and panel. However, they dropped a Values interview after my panel round. I was not expecting this at all nor was I well prepped on this either. After this last round, I was rejected with a generic email message. Pretty dehumanizing process. Everyone I met was a joy. Unsure if the recruiting team is overworked or too busy. This is a systematic issue or they do not care.
