Tech recruiters scheduled the phone interview one and half months because he was on vacation. Waited another week and a half for technical screen. Waited another week for onsite. Onsite was disorganized. All the interviewers were new to the company. Hiring manager looked nervous and was building the questions on the spot saying "um and like" a lot. Engineer interviewers were also weirdly nervous and seemed uneducated/inarticulate using words like "yeah the tree thingy" referring to the list in mock design screenshot. I mentioned the importance of keys for the React components being rendered in the list and she responded by saying don't worry about React key warnings "they don't matter". Waste of time. The whole time they give you the feedback of "you did really good blah blah" and end up getting a rejection email. Probably wouldn't work here even if i could JIRA is getting old anyway.
