J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian en mars 2021

Strange interview. Position was for Poland, I live in another country and there was no question about where do I live, my visa status, etc. Overall it was 30 mins with very generic questions with exception of 1 or 2. Got a feeling it was a formal chat to comply with government requirement to interview x candidates before taking someone (who is already decided) from overseas. Only HR involved, no one from business. Than silence for a week before response with obvious copy paste and completely standard phrases with no personal feedback or messages. Like the company, but this was not a good interview.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Sydney)
Entretien
After six rounds of interviews and no offer at the end. Not a structured approach to the interview questions. Very dependent on the person who is interviewing you. More than 6 weeks process, at least the recruiter provided good guidance.

What is the roadmap for an MVP product? Very broad question expected to be answered briefly.... Unrealistic expectations.

Came together quickly - got an email from the recruiter, they called on time, they asked questions but seemed to be distracted and didn't really seem engaged in the process - from the beginning to the end, it felt scripted. I was expecting something amazing and had prepared well, and I ended up shocked by the overall unprofessional approach of the recruiter - a senior recruiter - and wondered if this was really the way Atlassian wanted to be known...
I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter. The process progressed fast and the guidance from recruiter on what to expect and also feedback from the past interviews all were excellent. Everything was peachy until I finished all the interviews. Then the very responsive recruiter went totally MIA. After following up a couple of times, I gave up. The out of the blue a few weeks later he called up and said that they are still considering me and just needs to hear back from the hiring manager. It has been 4 months, there is no communication. I thought they would have the decency to close the loop in a graceful way with a candidate who spent significant time and effort towards preparing for and appearing on interviews. But I guess the 'great culture' that they harp about only starts once you are employed with them and is not extended to the candidates on the interview loop.

Question 1
Questions about my current role. Pick a digital product you like, why do you like it, compare with its competitors. Same with a physical product.
