Submitted an application through the website and received a request from a recruiter to schedule a screening interview within a week via Skype. During the interview the recruiter was very nice but seemed a bit rushed, talked very quickly and admitted having little knowledge or understanding of the position. Before the interview closed the recruiter provided me with name of the next employee I was to speak with and said I would hear back early the following week. I followed up one week later and received a response stating things were still in process, and then received an email approx five days later stating they'd moved on to another candidate.
