I had 4 interviews for SRE position in OpsGenie Ankara, I was expecting to get an offer since we proceeded all steps and I was told to wait an offer, however, few days after last interview with the Head Engineer, I had a call and being told that they are not looking for someone for SRE position anymore. Basically, they didn't know if they want to hire someone for the position or not, yet they proceeded with all steps with a candidate. Although, interview questions are decent and unique, due to inconsistent and bad management of hiring process it was a waste of time for both me and their technical team.
