Online, recruiting agent, DS take home task, then interview.
Usually, you learn from interviews even if the outcome is negative. But this interview was really a waste of time. The interviee were two analysts and principle DS. The interview was managed by the analysts. Questions were more like business questions rather than ML/DS. The feedback I got later is that I am strong in DS I do not fit the job.
In fact what they are looking for is a data analyst than know how to do visualisation and ETL not a DS\ML experienced guy. The second hour of the interview was completly time wasting.
First a recruiter chat, then a SQL screen, followed by a random manager chat (not the hiring manager), then the final round (values, DS tech questions, stakeholders), all spread out over many many weeks

Entretien
Interview process was well thought of. Probably part of the best memories I have from Atlassian. All interviews were conducted with care and consideration, and the HR partner was highly involved making me feel comfortable and good hints for interview prep. Questions were tailored to get a lot of info and to the point.
