J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2017
Entretien
I emailed with recruiter twice to setup phone screen, but he didn't call me at all. This is very rude and candidates' time is also very valuable. Please respect others even though employers are active in job market.

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Mobile Developer chez Atlassian
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Atlassian (Sydney) en août 2020
Entretien
This is basically the best interview process I've ever experienced. Very smooth and professional and to the point. Not wasting your time or making you feel you're useless. All invitations came through google calendar and it was over zoom. very well organized.
First had a phone screening with a recruiter from Atlassian. General things, more like hey how you doing.
Then got another interview with a mobile dev, a very nice and professional guy from Atlassian. He gave me some code that I had to debug. IT wasn't a hard one and he gave me good feedback later, but not one level below the level that the recruiter was aiming for me.
Then the recruiter called and told me about the feedback, and got me the next interview. This time with three other mobile devs, one was only there for training purposes so mainly two senior mobile devs. And I was so excited to see one of them is a woman. It's always nice to see sucessful women. The interview started by tell us about a project you did and from there they start asking questions, going deeper and deeper into common iOS and swift development. It wasn't an easy one, according to the job description on the add I didn't expect this to get too deep, but it was quite challenging. The developers were very nice and friendly, enjoyed meeting them.
Then after a few days got an email saying "Unfortunately we did not get enough signal in your interview to move forward to the final stage" and they asked me if I want to have a chat to receive my final feedback which I said yes. but it's tomorrow so don't have anything to say about that now.
