Atlassian uses a first screening where the ask you to write some code, refactor code, analys code and answer some questions about what you think about the industry trends etc. I think that is a smart thing to do but I also think a lot of companies out there is missing out on a lot of talent when focusing so much on the technical part that people with more broader knowledge (not just technical) don't really get the chance to sell them self and show how the can contribute.

Chill and easy. Interviewer were professional and it was around 1hr of 2 technical rounds each. 1 behaviour Round and last manager round. No HR round. Questions were mostly related to Cloud architecture and Basics of Web and internet
