I applied for the Customer Advocate position on a Thursday. Maybe a day later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. My interview was for the following Monday, I had a 30 minute interview with my recruiter (who was absolutely awesome). The same day I had a second phone interview with a Senior manager who was very warm and friendly. After my 2nd phone interview I was invited for an on-site interview. I met with 4 memebers of the team with 30 minute interviews for each. They asked me a lot of great questions, mostly about my experience, why this company and things like that. They were all very warm, professional and made interviewing with them easy. Two days later I was offered the position and I ACCEPTED!!! I look forward to contributing to the company and I hope to be a major asset.

The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.

The person who conducted the initial interview didn't sound interested and made me feel like he was just doing the interview for compliance purposes. I've only been interviewed once and hopefully it isn't the case for all of their interviewer.
