Hiring was a long process from first application to first day was about 2 months. I got a call from recruiter, a phone call with my new manager, then a sit down with new manager and leaders of the new team. After a few weeks I got a call to verbally confirm my acceptance plus a written letter to sign and send back so that they had a record.

Then 9 hour, day long interview. Total about 7 meetings with 7 groiups of people. Interview was rigorous, but the people interviewing were reasonable and assuring
