I worked in customer service for many years so the interview process was pretty easy for me. So I could relate many of my answers to all the questions. Just go in with a positive look out on things and be ready to answer their questions correctly without hesitating.

It was a zoom interview followed by a phone interview. they asked multiple questions regarding previous work history and question to get to know you individually. They also talked about the job requirements and certain metrics that needed to be met to fulfill the position with them

Entretien
I had to interview 3 times. First time I interviews with s recruiter, then the next I interviewed with another talent manager. The first 2 interviews were very similar, while the 3rd one included an assessment that I needed to take online. After my assessment, they cancelled my interview.

Test that they send you first, then the phone interview then zoom meeting with the hiring manager or supervisor. It was kind of a long process but it’s worth it.
