I got a phone call from the recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. Very basic interview questions. She then scheduled a phone interview with the Training Manager. After the phone interview, they invited me out to Nashville for an interview in person and presentation. I practiced for 3 weeks. I found out later that I would be interviewing with 5 individuals separately then presenting to them as a group. I thought the interviews went well but I thought the presentation was horrible. 2 days later they called me and offered me the position.
