First there was an IQ test, after that depending if you pass the phone interview and depending on how that went it can take uptowards 3 days for you to hear back from them, after the phone interview I got a call that very same day for an in person interview with the manager. After that the background check and drug testing is about 2 - 3 weeks give or take.
