Had two phone interviews before the face to face interview. Company paid for expenses to come interview with them. Interviewed at the company with 4 people from the team back to back. They were all laid back and did most of the talking. After interview never heard anything back. The recruiters were on point until after the interview. Seems like everyone just disappeared.

There was an assessment test which could be easy or hard depending on your aptitude for logic problems. Followed by 3 interviews with: teammate, manager, director, cross-functional team. Normal questions.

Spoke with a recruiter and had an interview with the hiring manager. Reached out to the recruiter twice after not hearing anything for over a week and the recruiter never responded. Not even an automated rejection email. Disappointed in lack of communication. I accepted another position elsewhere.

Entretien
The interview process was super quick and easy! They felt more like casual conversations than formal interviews. Everyone I spoke with were so nice and caring! Overall the process from the time I applied to when I got the offer was about 2 and a half weeks.
