Had a phone interview then a few days later got an email for the assessment test. Once I completed that a week later got an email for my face to face interview. It's been 5 days since my interview so now just waiting to hear back from someone. Not sure how long it takes to find out if I got the position or not.

The interview process can take a few weeks. There is an online assessment, phone interview, in person interview, and drug screening. Then you wait on a phone call providing your start date.
