I went through a recruiter and there was a series of questions on call handling when I was finally interviewed by Asurion by their "professional " staff. Typical questions on how you would handle a call and there was supposed to be roleplay but there was not. I answered the questions with my 10+ years of tech and csr training over the years and still Overall I didn't get the job offer after 6+ years of mobile tech support and over 15 years in the IT Industry while you see hoodrats with their stilettos walking by in the hall while you wait for your interview and people completely looking unprofessional and new to this Industry . So no thank you , big loss for them instead. Don't waste your time ..it looked like they rather hire bums off the street with no skills.

Entretien
Went in and talked with one of the managers. Was walked through the facility and shown the break area and the ping pong tables. He asked some technical questions. Asked if I had any questions. I was contacted afterward about the position.

Temp to hire. Temp agency interview over phone, job interview, 25 minutes, 2 weeks paid training, 3 month probationary period. During probationary period a strict attendance policy is enforced.
