Lots of informal interviews first, plus a written assignment, then the typical Loop interview process where I interviewed with a number of people, each of whom focused on deep diving in certain areas. Time investment was quite large.

Two rounds with recruiter; one interview with hiring manager; full day with loop of five other interviewers from piers to other team members. All conversations were remote via Amazon video.

I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. The initial phone screen with him was 30 minutes and I was told that he'd definitely be passing my information along to schedule a followup interview. However, he ghosted me and never returned my messages after multiple attempts to reconnect with him.
