I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. The initial phone screen with him was 30 minutes and I was told that he'd definitely be passing my information along to schedule a followup interview. However, he ghosted me and never returned my messages after multiple attempts to reconnect with him.

Very structured and focused on core principals. I was coached to spout the core principals and stick totem. Didn't get a chance to share any real forward-looking ideas. Only sticking to their script.

Two rounds with recruiter; one interview with hiring manager; full day with loop of five other interviewers from piers to other team members. All conversations were remote via Amazon video.
