J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2016
Entretien
1. maths test
2. phone interview with a manager : 2 questions about 2 of the 14 leadership principles
3. I went to London for an assessment center :
- 2 interviews with managers (2 questions each about 2 of the 14 leadership principles)
- 1 group study case (compare 3 products of Amazon and choose in which one we want to invest)
- 1 study case about Amazon Premium (create a plan to double the membership in the UK)
The most important is to really prepare the 14 leadership principles and be able to apply each one of them to a personal situation. They really focus on that.

Online Application, Numerical test, Phone interview and AC.
AC consisted of two competency based interviews, an individual presentation and a group exercise. Recruitment team was quite relaxed but the pace and intensity of the day was really quite high. Little time for breaks in between the assessments. Very big emphasis on competency based questions.
