Good they mostly check to my communication skill English reading comprehension and listening skill. The test was conducted online through various rounds. Which went very good as I had a stable internet connection. You need a headphone and a very good camera to attend the interview successfully.

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
