Each candidate will participate in two behavioral interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. During each session, interviewers will ask three main questions, along with follow-up questions, to explore the candidate’s previous experiences in depth. The focus will be on understanding how the candidate has approached real-life situations involving problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, adaptability, and decision-making. These interviews aim to assess key competencies and determine alignment with the role’s requirements and company values.
