3 phone screenings including a VERY technical assessment that was hard even for me, a geek. After that, I had a day of interviews with Manager, Technical Manager, Professional Services Manager, Director and another employee from another country (US). All questions were behavioral questions, taking you out of your comfort zone. Be prepared to answer questions related to situations on your past that demand hard decisions, personal decisions, going against your boss etc.
