Received OA after online application in late October 2024. Got a mail saying I cleared the OA somewhere in the first week of November 2024. Got a mail from a recruiter on 13th November 2024 asking me interview preferred dates for interview in December. I replied. Never heard from them. I kept mailing every week asking if my interview was scheduled or not. Got an interview confirmation mail on 4th December 2024, late evening at around 7 PM. My interview loop was next day morning 9-12. Did not sleep whole night. Could not reschedule due to fear of not getting any slots. Messed up one question in my second interview. Everything else I performed good. Did not hear anything from them till now. Its a rejection.

The whole process stretched over nearly a month, longer than I anticipated. After an initial phone screen, I faced a technical round that included a Min Stack implementation question. We discussed design considerations and thread safety, which threw me for a bit. Fortunately, I remembered a specific mock interview I practiced on PracHub that mirrored this scenario closely, making me feel more at ease. Ultimately, I received an offer, but I chose to decline due to the company culture not feeling like the right fit.
