The TPM recruiting at amazon started with a recruiter phone screening me, she was very friend and prepared for the interviews that I nught expect and provide an outlines in word doc. Then I got to the TPM phone screen, which took place over a videol. I was told to breakdown a system architecture I have worked , what kind of API used and database. SInce my project in the past most based on me managing the scope, facilitate meeting and heavy report, I didnt really involved in the architecture design, since I could answer the way they wanted, I didnt get an offer.

it is good experience. The interviewer are polite and respectful. They would ask many questions like "tell me a time when..." and might drill down a bit based on your responses.

If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.
