The first phase it was a phone interview that after 2 weeks i've been asked to to complete a technical test and then again after 2 weeks it was a face 2 face interview ( 1h with HR 1h with IT manager and 1H with IT engineer)
The interview process at Amazon was structured and thorough. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were professional and well-prepared. The focus on Amazon’s Leadership Principles was evident, and the experience gave me a strong sense of the company’s culture and expectations.

Entretien
I had a fun online test that was game-based, and I tested some attention to detail, reaction times, and logic. The online interview was pretty straightforward and the software used by the company is very easy to use.
