Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.
Just a phone call, no experience needed, asking about abilities to work in a warehouse, and willingness to work in fc enviroment. The interview was just about being able to do physical activities

Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
