The interview process was smooth and well-organized overall. However, there were too many rounds, and significant delays occurred throughout, making the experience longer than expected. Overall good when compared with other companies

Going into the interview, I knew I had to have answers for Amazon's 16 Leadership Principles, so I went through a few mock interviews with friends who work at Amazon. Once the interview started via Zoom, it was clear that the team wasn't interested. The interviewer requested that we turn our cameras off, saying it was part of the pre-screening process. However, when I asked my Amazon friends they said it wasn't true. The interview went downhill from then and I had the impression that the role was already filled, but they needed more candidates.
