Is based on a 4 interview loop. They use star method for the answers. They also avaliate the questions from its leadership principles. I recommend to prepare leadership principles before the interview.

They will ask you about 8-12 questions that are depending on the leadership principles they are looking for to suit the position. Be aware that a loop interview may be conducted of 4 different judges. That interview will be handled with 4 different Operation Managers. You will have a time at the end to ask questions.
