Lengthy interViews. They come back after 3 months of a recruiting process saying sorry we will not proceed and based on Amazon policy we can not give reasons. Another key point, I had 7 interviews none of them was with a leader woman. I felt the manhood in the interviews.

The difficulty is that they expect answers to be like papers they had and as a candidate u did not see. If u do not match their answers then u will not pass. It IS not about the core, shells

Entretien
Online then took me to New Jersey for final round. They put me up in a hotel and everything. The day of, I drove to the assessment site and completed a math question and then went to talk with one person to explain my steps on the math problem. Then went into another room to talk to two people who asked me behavioral type questions.
