J'ai postulé sur la platforme d'Amazon et j'ai eu un entretien avec un account manager. L'entretien est basé sur les principes de leadership d'Amazon. L'interviewer était sympathique mais ne semblait pas intéressé par l'expérience ou la personnalité du candidat. Il est entièrement focalisé sur ces principes de leadership; se contente de lire les questions scriptés sur son écran et de prendre des notes. L'intitulé de poste de correspond également pas aux missions proposés

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
