Muy buena entrevista se aprende mucho. Hay que estar preparado. El team de Amazon es muy professional. Se ve que es una compania donde la diversidad se valora mucho. en general son 3 a 4 entrevistas antes del panel.

Submitted resume for review, filled out their behavioral survey with questions about how you would react to certain IRL situations. One interview, 1 hour long with two different people. Focused heavily on their Leadership Principles, no technical questions

Applied online, got invite for online test two weeks after online application, got offer for video interview one day after completing assessment, got offer 4 business days after. Really review star method and watch videos on youtube for helpful points. make sure you have unique questions ready for them... interview process is not the greatest bc interviewers are trying to write down your answers rather than having a flowing conversation

Talk about a time you thought of a solution with a limited time line, talk about a time you overcame circumstances that were out of your control, there are about 5-6 questions in total (all behavioral questions), i thought they would ask about aws products so i prepared for that too)
