It is pretty chill, nothing too crazy. You just have to tailor your answers to the leadership principles. Although you do not need to dress professionally, I would still say dress professionally.

straight forward a lot of behavioral questions and asking about what ifs. 2 rounds overall 45 minutes. make sure to prep for behavioral questions. Overall very easy interview if u prep properly and focus on using STAR method

More personality wise more than anything. They want some experience to do with supply chain. So I worked in a warehouse and I talked about that. I honestly thought the interviewers were really sweet and they bounced off of you a lot.

Round of interviews taking approximately two hours from start to finish, all through different employees throughout the country. Questions were all along the lines of how to contribute as well as dealing with associates.
